Edge Life Expos & Events presents its Third Annual Iowa Holistic Expo Mar. 13 & 14. Wander through the energy-filled aisles at the Polk County Convention Center in Des Moines and enjoy over 100 holistic exhibitors. “We welcome everyone to our annual Iowa Holistic Expo,” said Edge Life Expos & Events Producer Gary Beckman. “We hope this is a gathering where you meet, learn, and have fun with people and ideas that are new to you and will help you in your journey through life. One of the secrets is to look for things you never experienced but always existed.”
Exhibitors offer the gamut of holistic/spirituality education, samplings, and low cost trial of services. Health and wellness products, healing resources, consultants such as animal communicators and intuitive readers as well as a medical intuitive will be on hand to share information and insight into your issues. Other vendors include spiritual therapists, feng shui practitioners, fitness and anti-aging resources, aura photos, jewelry, crystals and more.
Keynote Speakers Highlight Spirituality and “The Other Side”

Dolores Cannon, regressive hypnotherapist and psychic researcher, offers “Awakening To The New Earth” seminar on Saturday, Mar. 13 from noon to 2 p.m. for $25 at the door and $21 advance ticket online. Cannon said that she is experiencing an evolution in her work as a hypnotherapist and says her clients—who come from all over the world—are no longer experiencing regressions into past lives. “They return to the Source (God) to explain why they are living here in the world now,” said Cannon. “They also supply more detailed information about the shift in vibrations and frequencies as we move into the New Earth; this is where the focus should be at the present time.” Who will make the transition into the new world, and who will be “left behind” are answers this workshop will address.
Sunny Dawn Johnston offers a keynote address on “Mediumship and A Psychic Investigator’s Journey” on Mar. 13 from 2:30–4:30 p.m. for $22 at the door; online: $18. In this workshop, you’ll learn what a psychic does when the energies from the past and the energies of the present come together to solve mysteries. As a Psychic Medium an Intuitive Counselor Sunny Dawn Johnston has worked with thousands of people to guide them through many transitions in life. Keynote Robert Baca offers a workshop called “Guided By Spirit” on Sunday from 2:30–4:30 p.m. He said that your loved ones, guides, and higher self are constantly sending messages to you. “Are you connecting? Are you listening?” he asks. In this workshop, Baca will share insight to further your communication and development on your path in life. Guided by Spirit, Robert will demonstrate his own connection with The Other Side by delivering messages and he will answer questions from the audience. Insiah Beckman speaks on “2012 and Your Ascension” on Sunday from noon to 1:30 p.m. In this workshop she shows where one can find the solutions to a world that is changing every second. Insiah provides channeled information on the coming energy shift leading up to 2012 and will respond to questions from the audience. “You are very, very powerful beings; reclaim your power and live your joy,” she said. “Many souls are lost with a myriad of life’s challenges; you will be provided with the tools to reconnect with your divine self, and you’ll find answers to overcome the chaos around you and reclaim your special gifts of loving and honoring self and others.” $20 at the door; $16 online.
