Holistic Expo comes to Fargo Apr. 17-18
Learn about the world of holistic wellness and spirituality! Edge Life Expos & Events presents its 4th Annual Fargo Holistic Expo 2010 on Apr. 17–18 at the Fargo Civic Center.
Exhibitors include wellness products, healing resources, animal communicators, intuitive readers, aura photos, jewelry, crystals and other unique gift items. Keynote speakers offer valuable insight and advice for living well. ―This event brings holistic health and wellness up close and personal to the North Dakota/western Minnesota area,‖ said Edge Life Expos & Events Producer Gary Beckman. ―This is probably the largest event of its kind in this region and a good place for those unfamiliar with spirituality and alternative healing therapies to taste, touch, and get a feel for this area of healthcare.‖
Rita Olson, Fargo, a certified Nia® teacher, opens the event on Saturday at 9 a.m. with a free demonstration of this movement therapy that combines dance, martial, and healing arts. Nia is designed for all ages and all body types.
Keynote speaker Annette Rugolo will speak about the Law of Attraction, a concept featured in the book and DVD, ―The Secret,‖ on Saturday at 3 p.m. Rugolo offers specific techniques to help transform your consciousness. She also offers a post- conference seminar ―Preparing for a Golden Age,‖ on Monday Apr. 19 that will cover the much talked about 2012 planetary alignments and global shift in consciousness. She offers techniques for staying centered.
"Messages from the Light,‖ another keynote address, features Master Intuitive Kathryn Harwig and Medium Troy Parkinson on Sunday at 2 p.m. They will answer questions and offer messages from loved ones in spirit at this one-of-a-kind event that will touch your heart and stir your soul.
Other keynoters include Robert Baca and Insiah Beckman.
Ongoing workshops are also offered for the price of admission from a wide variety of holistic/spiritual topics from aura photos to yoga. For example: Diana DiCristina will be offering advice on making your home feng shui ready. Jeanne Troge of Park Rapids, MN speaks on shamanism. Shelli Nelson talks about quantum healing as a profession.
