What is included in the booth or table space fee?
• Standard (8x10 foot) booth with back & side draping, identification sign, 2 chairs and one 8-foot undraped table
• Intuitive / Healer sacred space includes small, round table, identification sign and 2 chairs
• Exhibitor service kit from Service Decorator several weeks prior to event
• Exhibitor preparation kit from Edge Life with booth numbers and confirmation sheet
• Security Services
• Listing of your company name in pre-event publicity
• Inclusion of your company name, and booth number in the On-Site Show Directory (Iowa Holistic Expo Guide)

Note: All exhibitors will be responsible for booth display units, additional tables or draping of tables and additional booth equipment (electricity, phone, etc.) Electricity, phone and additional supplies is the responsibility of the exhibitor, and can be ordered through the Service Decorator’s Exhibitor Kit. How to reserve an Exhibition Booth
Use the Exhibitor Application and Contract to apply for an Exhibitor Booth, Intuitive Table and/or advertising space. A 50% non-refundable retainer deposit will be required to reserve a Booth and/or Intuitive table space, with final payment due February 2, 2009. Booth and Intuitive tables must be paid in full before your company is listed in any promotional materials. No refunds will be given for booth cancellation after February 2, 2009.

FREE WORKSHOPS
Exhibitors are given top priority for the presentation of free workshops at Iowa Holistic Expo. Limited Free Workshops will be presented by exhibitors at Iowa Holistic Expo 2009. All exhibitors are invited to apply to present a free talk, but only a limited number will be chosen on a first-come, first-serve basis. To apply for a free workshop, reserve an exhibition booth with the Edge Life Sales team. Deadline for workshop applications: February 2, 2009.
