NIA blends dance (personal expression), martial arts (mindful precision), and healing arts (self-healing) allowing your inner child, goddess, athlete, warrior and dancer to come out to play. The class will be skillfully lead by NIA certified instructor, Rita Olson and no prior experience is necessary. You are encouraged to modify your movement, speed and range of motion to make the experience uniquely your own. Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to dance barefoot.
